The Office of Student Accounting hopes that students and their families are safe during this challenging time. As a result of the national health emergency our office staff are working remotely and as a result we are unable to accept students in person. Students are reminded that they can view their account and make payments 24/7 in the Student Account Suite which is accessible via KeanWISE.

Welcome to the Kean University Office of Student Accounting home page. It is very important to us that each student has a clear understanding when it comes to financing his or her education. This site is designed to provide you with information about the financial aspects of attending Kean, such as tuition and fees, policies and procedures, and various methods of payment. We have anticipated questions and concerns in an effort to minimize any confusion and to make this process as smooth and simple as possible.
Students are billed for tuition, fees, meal plans and housing. We also collect all tuition payments, provide students information on various payment options, apply all loans and financial aid to the student’s accounts, and issue refund checks to students and parents in accordance with state, federal and institutional regulations.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Student Accounting Phone Support Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Office hours may differ during winter break, spring break, and summer sessions.
